Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance and repair of structures, electrical systems, heating, plumbing, air conditioning, and drainage systems.
  • Repair or replace faulty or damaged light fixtures, outlets, and fuses as directed.
  • Perform minor construction and repair of structural woodwork.
  • Install window shades or coverings and security locks.
  • Perform repair or replacement of plumbing fixtures, washers, seals, etc.
  • Prepare surfaces for finishing, such as painting.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma (HSD) or General Educational Development (GED) certificate.
  • 4 years of experience in various related maintenance disciplines.
  • Experience working with youth.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Computer proficiency is required.
  • A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.
