About the position
The Maintenance Worker position involves performing various maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning and upkeep of facilities. This role includes minor repairs in building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, as well as implementing preventative maintenance measures and responding to emergencies. The position can be part-time or full-time, with flexible scheduling options available.
Responsibilities
- Perform minor building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and painting repairs as necessary.
- Implement preventative maintenance measures.
- Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies.
- Complete inspections of rooms with Housekeeping Supervisor.
- Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel, and follow safety protocol.
- Perform other maintenance duties as requested.
Requirements
- Experience in property maintenance (1 year preferred).
- Valid Driver's License (preferred).
