About The Position
The position involves performing maintenance and construction work on street and drainage-related projects, including litter removal, mowing, and landscape maintenance along public properties. The employee will work under general supervision, either independently or in teams, and may be required to operate various types of equipment and tools. Responsibilities include maintaining the City's streets, curbs, sidewalks, and applying asphalt, pouring concrete, and performing landscaping duties. The role may also involve assisting in surveying and working in the City's sign shop. The employee is expected to exercise independent judgment and initiative in completing work assignments and will report to an assigned Supervisor.
