Responsibilities
- Perform light duty electrical, plumbing, and painting tasks.
- Conduct regular upkeep of the building and grounds.
- Assist with snow removal using a snowblower and shoveling as needed.
- Participate in fire drills and safety checks.
- Help serve or clean up in the kitchen if short-staffed.
- Stock supplies during large food deliveries.
- Handle on-call repairs as needed.
Requirements
- Mechanical knowledge related to facilities maintenance.
- Experience in lawn care and landscape maintenance.
- Ability to perform property maintenance tasks.
- Good driving record to operate company vehicle for supplies.
