The Maintenance position at Mini Mall Storage involves ensuring the upkeep and cleanliness of storage units during tenant turnover. The role focuses on thorough inspections, cleaning, and maintenance of the facilities to provide a safe and pleasant environment for tenants.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean the entire storage unit during tenant turnover.
• Empty any abandoned belongings, trash, or debris from the units.
• Sweep, mop, and scrub floors; wipe down walls, doors, and corners to remove visible dirt or grime.
• Wash and inspect doors for functionality and cleanliness.
• Inspect gates, locks, and security/alarm systems for proper operation.
• Remove any pests found within the storage units.
• Inspect siding and roofs for damage or maintenance needs.
• Check the functioning of climate control systems in the units.
• Test lighting systems to ensure they are operational.
• Sweep and mop interior hallways to maintain cleanliness.

Requirements

• Experience in maintenance or cleaning roles preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving items.
• Attention to detail in cleaning and inspections.
