The Maintenance Team Member at McDonald's plays a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant's interior and exterior, as well as its equipment. Responsibilities
- Filtering oil fryers daily
- Maintaining outside grounds
- Cleaning equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms, and restrooms
- Unloading delivery truck 2 times a week
- Taking out and emptying trash
- Changing light bulbs
- Cleaning HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
- Pushing, pulling, or lifting up to 50 pounds
Requirements
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant
- Basic knowledge of maintenance tasks
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Physical ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds
Nice-to-haves
- Previous experience in maintenance or a similar role
- Familiarity with restaurant equipment
