About the position
We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Person to join our team. As a Maintenance Person, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment. You will troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues using logic controllers, schematics, and Ohmmeter, and fabricate parts as needed to maintain equipment functionality. Additionally, you will utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and inventory, collaborating with team members to prioritize and complete maintenance requests efficiently. It is essential that all maintenance activities adhere to safety protocols and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for everyone involved.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Previous experience in a maintenance role or similar field is preferred
- Proficiency in English to effectively communicate with team members and read technical manuals
- Strong mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair equipment efficiently
- Ability to fabricate parts using various tools and techniques
- Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is a plus
- Demonstrated leadership skills to guide maintenance projects effectively
