About the position

As a Major Account Manager for Healthcare at Spectrum Enterprise, you will leverage your expertise in technology and communication to meet the needs of hospitals and healthcare organizations. Your role will focus on ensuring account profitability and client satisfaction while achieving long-term goals. You will engage in proactive consultative needs analyses, develop account strategies, and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers to drive growth and close deals.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct proactive consultative needs analyses with clients and execute account strategies in conjunction with the Sales Manager.
  • Monitor developments across assigned accounts to identify growth opportunities.
  • Deliver product proposals and presentations to key decision-makers and close deals.
  • Cultivate relationships with new and existing contacts within assigned accounts.
  • Qualify new leads and request site surveys to determine serviceability.

Requirements

  • Three or more years of experience consistently exceeding revenue goals.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Understanding of computer networking, LAN, WAN, and high-capacity and fiber-connected networks.
  • Relationship building, network, negotiation, closing, and English communication skills.
  • Deadline-driven with the ability to multitask.
  • Availability to travel to and from assigned territories and company facilities.
  • Valid driver's license.

Nice-to-haves

  • Three or more years of exceeding revenue goal selling data, voice, cloud, and video solutions B2B.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Familiar with the healthcare industry.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Outreach.
