About the position

The Sales Representative for Major Accounts at ADP is responsible for selling human resources technology solutions to companies with 50 to 999 employees within a designated geographic territory. This role involves managing complete sales cycles, cultivating new business opportunities, and driving strategic discussions around Human Capital Management (HCM) initiatives. The position offers autonomy, flexibility, and a focus on work-life balance, along with continuous learning and professional development opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Sell human resources technology solutions within a designated geographic territory.
  • Manage complete sales cycles and accurately forecast sales pipeline.
  • Implement a sales strategy targeted to decision-makers and business owners.
  • Cultivate new business opportunities and deepen relationships with existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal partners and serve as a trusted advisor to clients.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of closing sales and managing a territory.
  • At least two years of quota-carrying, outside business-to-business sales experience.
  • Three years of relevant experience in HCM, technology, business equipment, or software sales.
  • Strong cold calling and time management skills.
  • Ability to present ideas clearly and professionally.
