About the position

The Major Accounts Sales Representative at ADP is responsible for selling human resources technology solutions to companies with 50 to 999 employees within a designated geographic territory. This role involves managing complete sales cycles, cultivating new business opportunities, and driving strategic discussions around Human Capital Management (HCM) initiatives. The position offers autonomy, flexibility, and a focus on continuous learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Sell human resources technology solutions within a designated geographic territory.
  • Manage complete sales cycles and accurately forecast sales pipeline.
  • Implement a sales strategy targeted to decision-makers and business owners.
  • Cultivate additional business within existing accounts.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and partner to clients and internal teams.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of closing sales and managing a territory.
  • Two+ years of quota-carrying, outside business-to-business sales experience.
  • Three+ years of relevant experience in HCM, technology, or software sales.
  • Military experience is valued and recognized.
