About the position

ADP is hiring a Sales Representative for Major Accounts, where you will have the opportunity to control your financial future with unlimited earnings potential. This role offers autonomy to manage your own book of business, flexibility in scheduling, and a strong emphasis on work-life balance. You will be responsible for selling human resources technology within a designated geographic territory, focusing on companies with 50 to 999 employees. Your primary goal will be to cultivate new business opportunities and engage in strategic discussions around Human Capital Management (HCM) initiatives. In this position, you will manage complete sales cycles, selling ADP's extensive suite of solutions, which includes over 40 products and services, to executives. You will also be tasked with accurately forecasting your sales pipeline. Most of your time will be spent in the field, selling and documenting multiple sales cycles, ensuring that you stick with the process through implementation until your new business is fully operational on the solutions you provide. Responsibilities

  • Grow Our Business While Growing Yours by working independently and collaboratively to close sales and reach sales goals.
  • Turn Prospects into Loyal Clients by implementing a targeted sales strategy to build a network and capture new business.
  • Deepen Relationships Across the ADP Family by cultivating additional business within existing accounts while building friendships.
  • Collaborate Daily as a trusted advisor and ADP ambassador to clients and internal partners, demonstrating high ethical standards.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of closing sales and managing a territory.
  • Positive self-starter with the ability to cold call and manage time effectively.
  • Confidently embraces opportunities and challenges the status quo.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with leadership qualities and resilience under pressure.
  • Ability to build relationships and deliver on promises consistently.
  • Two+ years of quota-carrying, outside business-to-business sales experience or three+ years in relevant fields such as HCM or technology sales.
  • Military experience is a plus, showcasing teamwork and negotiation skills.
