About the position

PagerDuty is seeking a Majors Acquisition Account Executive to join the new customer acquisition team, focusing on acquiring new logo accounts in the Enterprise space. This role involves targeting high-revenue accounts that fit the ideal customer profile, with an emphasis on value selling and establishing genuine connections with customers.

Responsibilities

  • Focus on highlighting the unique value and benefits of PagerDuty products and services to customers.
  • Establish, oversee, and maintain genuine connections with customers.
  • Ensure that one's own and others' work and information are complete and accurate.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of field sales experience, preferably in software or SaaS sales.
  • 3-5 years of New Logo Closing experience in a direct selling capacity.
  • Experience closing strategic new logo accounts in the Enterprise space.
  • Experience selling in a multi-product selling environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Proven ability to quickly gain trust with senior leaders.
  • Highly organized with exceptional follow-up skills.
  • Previous Sales Methodology training (e.g. MEDDIC, SPIN, CoM, Challenger Sales).

Benefits

  • Base salary range of 105,000-125,000 USD.
  • Eligibility for bonus, commission, equity, and/or benefits.
