The Client Relations Manager at Building Block Resolutions plays a crucial role in enhancing client engagement and satisfaction while bridging the gap between sales, marketing, and community outreach. The role involves managing client relationships, coordinating marketing efforts, and promoting the agency's services to foster growth and community connections.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Develop and nurture partnerships with community organizations to expand our network.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional support and guidance.
  • Join weekly team meetings to share updates and align on goals.
  • Plan, support, and promote agency events, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Take photos and create content during events for marketing and promotional purposes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote our sales packages and services.
  • Create engaging marketing content for social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Manage CRM systems (Salesforce) to track leads and interactions.
  • Design and send monthly newsletters tailored to diverse groups.
  • Attend networking events to foster new relationships and promote services.
  • Cold email and call potential clients to drive business growth.
  • Organize presentations and programs to showcase BBR's offerings, including respite care, ABA therapy, and advocacy services.
  • Support the creation and execution of advertising campaigns.

Requirements

  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and video editing tools.
  • Ability to plan, manage, and document events with professionalism and creativity.
  • Proven ability to promote services, create campaigns, and engage new audiences.
  • Innovative approach to content creation and marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and public speaking skills.
