About the position

We are currently looking for a Standby Make Ready Maintenance Technician to join our on-site operations team to help support a positive experience for our residents. The technician will be responsible for completing all work orders assigned according to company policies and procedures, ensuring that the properties are well-maintained and ready for new residents. The role involves a variety of tasks, including the full vacant turn process, which must be completed in a timely manner to meet move-in deadlines. The technician will also be responsible for repairing or replacing appliances, faucets, garbage disposals, entry locks, and windows, as well as performing carpentry and ceramic tile installation. Additionally, the technician will need to complete administrative paperwork as necessary and assist with snow and ice removal when required.
