About the position

The Property Make-Ready & Maintenance, Leasing Agent position involves a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, as well as leasing responsibilities. The role requires skilled tradespeople for make-ready services, including plumbing, electrical work, HVAC, and general maintenance, as well as front desk leasing agents who can assist with tenant inquiries and leasing processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance tasks.
• Conduct make-ready services for properties.
• Assist with appliance repair, carpentry, roofing, and drywall work.
• Handle painting, house cleaning, and lawn care tasks.
• Work as a front desk leasing agent, assisting with tenant inquiries and leasing processes.

Requirements

• Licensed in plumbing, electrical, or HVAC is a plus.
• Experience in appliance repair, carpentry, roofing, or drywall work.
• Ability to perform general labor tasks.
• Must have own transportation and tools.

Nice-to-haves

• Bilingual skills are a plus.
