About The Position

The Male Spa Attendant position at Mandalay Bay is an on-call role focused on enhancing the guest experience in the Men's Spa. The attendant is responsible for maintaining a clean and tranquil environment, providing personalized service, and ensuring seamless spa operations. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
• Currently holds or is able to obtain a Food Handler's Card
• Ability to work various shifts possibly including weekends and holidays
• Has a flexible schedule
• Is dependable and service-focused

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and tranquil spa environment where guests can relax
• Personalize recommendations to promote services, enhancements, upgrades, and retail products
• Ensure punctuality by escorting guests to waiting areas in anticipation of spa treatments
• Provide individualized experiences by engaging with guests, and through food and beverage offerings
• Maintain knowledge and adherence to all departmental policies and procedures including safety and sanitation policies
• Maintain spa facilities and locker areas ensuring they are well stocked, presentable, and in sanitary conditions in alignment with luxury standards
• Assist guests in the booking of spa services via spa software, direct guests to their appointments and assist them with the use of sauna, steam, whirlpools, and other spa amenities
• Perform other job-related duties as requested
