About the position

The Mammography Technologist position at Mercy Hospital Oklahoma City involves performing professional mammography and providing education and other women's services in the Breast Imaging department. Responsibilities

• Perform professional mammography procedures under supervision.
• Provide education and support for women's services in the Breast Imaging department.
• Collaborate with the Mammography Supervisor and Senior Mammographer to ensure quality care.
• Maintain a fast-paced work environment while delivering compassionate care.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Radiology program.
• ARRT registry within 6 months of hire.
• Mammography registry to be taken one year after training completion if not already certified.
• Two years of experience preferred in Radiology and Mammography, but training is available for the right candidate.
• BLS certification required.
• Computer literate with good communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• 40 hours of mammography training preferred but not mandatory.
