About the position

The Managed Care Analytics Developer plays a crucial role in the Managed Care Analytics department at MemorialCare, delivering analytic solutions that support various business units, including MMF Finance. This position involves leveraging business intelligence tools to create reports, dashboards, and analytics packages, ensuring data integrity and providing insights that align with MemorialCare's goals. The developer will work independently and collaboratively to meet user specifications and enhance data processes.

Responsibilities

  • Develops reports, dashboards, and analytics packages using MemorialCare's business intelligence tools.
  • Processes and analyzes information from relevant data sources to support MemorialCare goals.
  • Ensures data presented is connected to the enterprise data dictionary and provides insight into data lineage and transformations.
  • Completes assigned tasks and projects on time, communicating proactively with project management to prioritize workflows.
  • Tracks issues and provides solution-oriented escalation.
  • Collaborates within and across application teams to develop analytics solutions.
  • Interacts positively and constructively with team members and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in an analytics role required.
  • Minimum 2 years experience with Structured Query Language (SQL).
  • Demonstrated knowledge of analytics reporting tools such as Tableau, Qlik, SSRS, or Business Objects.
  • Ability to effectively utilize standard system tools to meet end-user functionality needs.
  • Experience in planning and organizing day-to-day activities and managing multiple tasks.
  • Previous experience participating in team projects with demonstrated interpersonal cooperation.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to achieve established goals.
  • Proven ability to enhance processes and improve outcomes.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Epic Proficiency in Clarity application obtained within the first year.
