About the position

The Managed Care Analytics Developer at MemorialCare is responsible for delivering analytic solutions within the Managed Care Analytics department. This role involves leveraging business intelligence tools to create reports, dashboards, and analytics packages that support various business units, particularly MMF Finance. The developer will work on both static and dynamic reports, self-service portals, and data visualization, ensuring that the data presented is accurate and insightful.

Responsibilities

• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics packages using MemorialCare's business intelligence tools.
• Process and analyze information from relevant data sources to support MemorialCare's goals.
• Ensure data presented is connected to the enterprise data dictionary and standardized terminologies.
• Complete assigned tasks and projects on time, communicating proactively with project management.
• Track issues and provide solution-oriented escalation.
• Collaborate with application teams to develop analytics solutions based on end-user specifications.

Requirements

• Mid-level experience in data structures and analytics development.
• Proficiency in Tableau and other business intelligence tools.
• Ability to develop complete solutions of medium complexity.
