Responsibilities

• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics packages using MemorialCare's business intelligence tools.
• Process and analyze information from relevant data sources to support MemorialCare goals.
• Ensure data presented is connected to the enterprise data dictionary and standardized terminologies.
• Complete assigned tasks and projects on time, communicating proactively with project management.
• Track issues and provide solution-oriented escalation.
• Collaborate with team members and management to develop analytics solutions based on end-user specifications.
• Maintain punctuality and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Experience with Tableau and other business intelligence tools.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to process complex data sets.
• Ability to develop medium complexity solutions incorporating source data into existing data structures.
• Experience in data visualization and statistical analysis.
