About the position

The Managed Operations Specialist at Dayforce is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure excellent client service through accurate payroll processing. This role requires effective communication and critical thinking skills to resolve various payroll-related issues in a fast-paced environment. The position is based in the St. Petersburg office and operates Monday through Friday, focusing on maintaining accuracy and adherence to service level agreements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor multiple computer systems and execute time-sensitive jobs related to payroll processing.
• Ensure completeness and professionalism while maintaining accuracy and schedule adherence.
• Prepare and respond to inquiries from peers, clients, and agencies regarding garnishment orders.
• Interface with clients to resolve complex payroll problems in a high-volume environment.
• Manage assigned work proactively to meet commitments, including KPIs and SLAs.
• Utilize various carrier systems for print center operations.
• Highlight risks and prepare root cause analysis for issue resolution.
• Support peer work audits for accuracy and assist with logging checks.
• Track and resolve errors and perform miscellaneous team requests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to resolve payroll matters.

• Proficiency in Ceridian and Dayforce
• Strong communication skills
