About the position

The Managed Print Services Manager at Xerox is responsible for selling printer maintenance and service agreements to both existing and new customers. This role involves collaborating with account executives to generate leads, articulating the dynamics of the Managed Print Services (MPS) market, and designing tailored MPS solutions for clients. The manager will analyze customer print requirements, develop value propositions, and present MPS solutions to influence purchasing decisions. Additionally, the position requires maintaining high customer service standards and meeting sales activity metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Sell printer maintenance/service agreements to current and new customers
  • Partner with the territory equipment account executive to generate leads and grow business
  • Articulate the dynamics of the Managed Print Services market
  • Assess the customer environment using appropriate tools
  • Design MPS solutions, including floor mapping
  • Analyze and evaluate customers' print requirements and costs
  • Develop compelling value propositions for MPS solutions
  • Position Xerox effectively against competitive offerings
  • Present proposed MPS solutions to customers
  • Develop working relationships with key players in the value chain
  • Provide high levels of customer service
  • Meet and exceed sales activity metrics
  • Enter sales activity daily in the database
  • Ensure monthly quota is met for the assigned territory

Requirements

  • Experience in sales management or a related field
  • Strong understanding of Managed Print Services
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and design solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets
  • Ability to develop relationships with clients and partners
