About the position

The Technical Implementation Manager is a critical role within a Managed Data Security Firm, focusing on the lifecycle management of client contracts. This position involves onboarding new clients and managing the implementation of Managed Security Services, ensuring that client requirements are met and services are delivered effectively. The role requires collaboration with internal teams and the ability to manage multiple projects in an agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with other internal teams to on-board clients
• Identify and understand transition activities needed by the clients to optimize their custom program
• Manage client implementation from requirements gathering to go-live
• Report and track the status of client's readiness for rollout
• Escalate and assist with remediation for clients who fall behind schedule

Requirements

• 3 to 7 years of IT experience in Security Technical Operations
• Experience in IT project management for at least 5 years
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or a related field (equivalent work experience considered)
• Valid PMP certification
• Strong technical and written communication skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and escalate issues
• Comfortable with Firewalls & Advanced Endpoint Threat Protection solutions
• Excellent interpersonal and team-building skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage, prioritize, and multi-task on multiple project work streams
• Self-motivating and resourceful with a solution-oriented mindset
