About the position

The Director of Managed Services Finance & Accounting at PwC will lead a team focused on enhancing operational efficiencies and implementing new financial capabilities for clients. This role involves overseeing various finance cycles, including transaction processing, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, while leveraging technology to drive improvements. The Director will also be responsible for developing strategies, fostering team growth, and building long-term client relationships, all while upholding the firm's values and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to implement and operate new financial capabilities for clients.
• Support improvements in transaction processing, close and consolidation, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Drive finance transformation through process design and reporting strategy implementation.
• Identify market gaps and create value propositions for clients.
• Foster an environment where people and technology work together effectively.
• Promote diversity and inclusion within teams and client interactions.
• Develop connections that enhance value for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance operations or related roles.
• Valid CPA or CFA certification preferred.
• Master's degree in Finance, Technology, Business Analytics, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in advising organizations on finance efficiency and effectiveness.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with financial systems selection and implementation.
• Familiarity with automation and business intelligence tools such as PowerBi, Alteryx, Tableau, and UiPath.
• Knowledge of cloud ERP platforms like SAP, Oracle, Workday, and Microsoft Dynamics.
