About the position

The Finance & Accounting Managed Services Manager at PwC will lead a team to support clients in implementing and operating new capabilities, achieving operational efficiencies, and leveraging technology. This role involves improving transaction processing, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, while also focusing on finance transformation and systems implementation. The manager will be responsible for developing skills, coaching team members, and addressing complex business issues from strategy to execution.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with various teams to implement and operate new capabilities for clients.
• Support clients in improving efficiency in transaction processing, budgeting, and reporting.
• Lead finance transformation initiatives, including process design and financial systems implementation.
• Manage day-to-day interactions with executive clients and sponsors.
• Develop and maintain relationships with top decision makers at key clients.
• Coach team members and encourage personal development.
• Analyze complex ideas and build meaningful recommendations.
• Use data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making.
• Simplify complex messages and highlight key points.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance, Managed Services, or BPO.
• Preferred: Master's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Preferred: CPA certification.
• Proven experience in consulting or BPO in Finance and Accounting.
• Experience managing client relationships and service delivery.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in business development and sales.
• Familiarity with CFO managed services in analytics and finance IT tools.
• Experience in leading global teams.
