About the position

The Managed Services HR Operations Manager role at PwC involves collaborating with various teams to implement and operate new capabilities, achieve operational efficiencies, and leverage technology. Responsibilities

  • Develop new skills outside of comfort zone and coach others in their personal development.
  • Analyze complex ideas or proposals and build meaningful recommendations.
  • Use data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making.
  • Manage multiple priorities simultaneously utilizing project management and critical thinking skills.
  • Address sub-standard work or work that does not meet expectations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR operations or related fields.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of human resources policies and practices, preferably in a professional services environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in Talent management and Performance management.
  • Knowledge of Human Capital metrics and employee relations.
  • Experience with Human Resources technology implementation.
