About the position

The Managed Services HR Operations Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) is responsible for collaborating with various teams to implement and operate new capabilities, achieve operational efficiencies, and leverage technology. This role involves direct interaction with senior leadership and key stakeholders, focusing on executing growth initiatives within the Managed Services Platform. Responsibilities

• Drive Human Capital strategies and goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR operations or related areas.
• Extensive knowledge of human resources policies and practices.
• Experience in Managed Services, particularly in HR, Total Rewards, or Payroll.
• Strong problem-solving and business analysis skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of Human Capital metrics and employee relations.
• Experience with succession planning and alternative talent pools.
• Familiarity with HR technology implementation.
