About the position

The Managed Services HR Operations Manager role at PwC involves collaborating with various teams to implement and operate new capabilities, achieve operational efficiencies, and leverage technology. The position requires direct interaction with senior leadership and key stakeholders, focusing on executing priority growth initiatives within the Managed Services Platform. Responsibilities

  • Execute priority growth initiatives within the Managed Services Platform.
  • Coach team members and encourage personal development.
  • Analyze complex ideas and build meaningful recommendations.
  • Use data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making.
  • Manage multiple priorities and navigate through unanticipated situations.
  • Develop and sustain meaningful client relationships.
  • Drive Human Capital strategies and goals.
  • Define resource requirements, project workflow, and budgets.
  • Create a positive work environment and encourage team collaboration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR operations or related fields.
  • Extensive knowledge of human resources policies and practices, preferably in a professional services environment.
  • Experience in talent management, performance management, and HR technology implementation.
  • Proven record of success in managing client needs and delivering value in challenging business environments.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with succession planning and alternative talent pools.
  • Knowledge of Managed Services and resource sharing.
  • Familiarity with Human Capital metrics and employee relations.
