Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR operations or related fields.
• Demonstrated knowledge of human resources policies and practices, preferably in a professional services environment.
• Experience in talent management, performance management, and human capital policy interpretation.
• Proven record of success in managing client needs and delivering value in challenging business environments.

Nice-to-haves
