About the position
The Managed Services Manager at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) is responsible for leading customer engagement and ensuring project delivery meets scope, time, budget, and quality expectations. This role involves managing corporate, customer, and third-party vendor efforts to implement solutions, overseeing business development, and maintaining client relationships. The position requires advanced project management skills and the ability to mentor team members while managing complex, high-risk projects across multiple regions.
Responsibilities
- Manages customer project delivery, ensuring it meets all scope, time, budget, and quality expectations.
- Oversees project financials including P&L and provides reliable financial forecasts to management.
- Identifies and develops new business opportunities with clients, supporting early qualification and opportunity assessment for large and complex opportunities.
- Acts as opportunity manager for high-risk deals and manages upper-level client delivery relationships.
- Manages internal and external resources, mentoring and encouraging skill development of project team members.
Requirements
- First Level University degree.
- 7 years experience in project management or in similar roles/businesses.
- PMP Certified.
- In-depth understanding of key company Services' operational policies, processes, and methodologies applicable to project management.
