About The Position
The Managed Services Network Infrastructure Engineer will lead the implementation, optimization, and troubleshooting of advanced network and IT infrastructure solutions for clients. This role requires a strong focus on service delivery, utilizing agile methodologies and a deep understanding of various network technologies to ensure client satisfaction and operational excellence. The engineer will work in a dynamic environment, providing services on a per-hour billing or flat rate monthly basis, and will be responsible for managing a wide array of network devices and technologies.
