About the position

The PMO Analyst role at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) focuses on managing project portfolios to optimize investments and align projects with corporate strategies. As a Manager, you will lead a team to enhance project performance, provide guidance and tools for project lifecycle management, and ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement. This position requires a strong understanding of project management methodologies and the ability to coach and develop team members while addressing complex business issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team to deliver high-quality project results and establish governance.
• Oversee project intake documentation and maintain project plans.
• Analyze and provide insights from performance metrics such as KPIs and OKRs.
• Lead the development of Delivery Roadmaps and GANTT charts.
• Track and manage RAID logs and ensure adherence to change management processes.
• Monitor project budgets, identify variances, and report on financials.
• Engage stakeholders with presentations and status reports on project progress.
• Implement process improvements and manage operational risks.
• Support the development of training materials and documentation of processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or related roles.
• Proven track record in managing PMO domain knowledge and PPM systems.
• Strong communication skills for influencing and connecting with stakeholders.

Nice-to-haves

• PMP or CAPM certification preferred.
• Agile certification preferred.
• Experience in building and maintaining client relationships.
• Ability to manage project workflow, budgets, and billing.
