About the position

The PMO Analyst Manager role at Price Waterhouse Coopers (PwC) involves leading project management efforts to help organizations optimize their investments and achieve business objectives. This position focuses on enhancing project and program performance by aligning projects with corporate strategy, managing project lifecycles, and providing guidance and tools necessary for successful project execution. Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of project management professionals to deliver high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement project governance frameworks and methodologies.
  • Analyze complex ideas and build meaningful recommendations for clients.
  • Utilize data and insights to inform decision-making and support project execution.
  • Coach team members and encourage personal development and ownership.
  • Oversee project plans, budgets, and resource requirements to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Track and manage project performance metrics such as KPIs and OKRs.
  • Facilitate communication and consensus among stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Implement process improvements and manage operational risks throughout project lifecycles.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or related roles.
  • CAPM or PMP certification preferred, along with Agile certification.
  • Extensive knowledge of PMO domain and project management methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to influence and connect with stakeholders.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Ability to manage project workflows, budgets, and billing processes.
  • Proven track record in implementing PPM systems and project governance.
