As a Senior Associate in our Project Management practice, you will play a crucial role in helping organizations optimize their investments and align their projects with corporate strategies. You will provide guidance, methodologies, and tools necessary for successful project lifecycle management, ensuring that projects are set on the right path from the outset. This position emphasizes leadership development and the importance of being a purpose-led and values-driven leader.

Responsibilities

• Help organizations balance long-term strategies with short-term imperatives to optimize investments.
• Enhance project and program performance by identifying alternative project approaches.
• Align projects with corporate strategy and set the tone and pace of programs from the outset.
• Respond quickly and effectively to crisis situations in project management.
• Extract value from agile program delivery.
• Provide guidance, methodology, and tools needed to successfully complete a project lifecycle.
• Lead a team to consistently deliver high-quality results and establish project governance.
• Manage documentation of project intake and oversee tracking and maintenance of project plans.
• Establish, analyze, and provide insights from metrics such as KPIs and OKRs.
• Manage development of Delivery Roadmaps such as GANTT charts.
• Track and manage a RAID log and operate under Change Management processes.
• Track budgets, identify variances, and report them accordingly.
• Keep stakeholders informed and engaged via presentations of team-generated status reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management.
• Proven record of success in project management and PMO domain knowledge.
• Ability to communicate effectively and influence others in a structured way.
