The Management Analyst position at the Department of Defense supports the Medical Treatment Facility (MTF) at Lyster Army Medical Center, Fort Novosel, AL. This position is essential for ensuring effective manpower and force management within the facility.

Responsibilities

• Utilize automated systems to produce various personnel reports and conduct timekeeping.
• Develop and control various administrative directives involving personnel actions.
• Work closely with managers and supervisors to provide technical assistance in developing new positions.
• Document manpower requirements and authorizations as directed by the Medical Command.
• Facilitate agreement development and reviews, providing guidance and templates pertinent to the development of agreements.

Requirements

• Completion of Financial Management Certification Level 2 is required.
• One year of specialized experience in data maintenance in an automated system to produce personnel reports, managing manpower requirements, and analyzing data for manpower recommendations.
• Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree in a relevant field such as Business Management.
