About The Position
The Management Analyst position within the Air Traffic Organization (ATO) focuses on enhancing organizational effectiveness and efficiency through analytical and evaluative methods. The role involves reviewing and analyzing Safety Management System (SMS) policies, leading audits and assessments, and providing data-driven insights to senior management regarding trends and risks in the National Airspace System (NAS). The analyst will also manage projects related to safety assessments and develop new policies to align with FAA regulations.
