About the position
The Management and Program Analyst (Business Systems Performance) position at Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) involves coordinating with various stakeholders to provide technical expertise and guidance in managing business systems performance. The role focuses on SharePoint support, data management, and mentoring junior staff while ensuring effective communication across departments to enhance business processes and workflows.
Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule services to support SharePoint design and application.
- Provide authoritative advisory services to governance leadership teams.
- Establish backups for Access databases, TAPM, TEC Models, and Power BI.
- Collaborate with management, technical groups, and external vendors to stay updated on policies and procedures.
- Mentor lower graded staff and provide guidance to junior team members.
- Serve as the senior analyst and technical lead for the Reporting and Development Team.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or National.
- At least one year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-12 level in the Federal service.
- Experience in information system integration, data management, and business model strategy.
- Knowledge of SharePoint design and governance bodies.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with operational requirements to improve business process automation.
