About the position

The Management and Program Analyst position at the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) involves supporting the DCSA Security Academy by leveraging expertise in DoD and National Security policies. The role focuses on ensuring mission readiness through the development and delivery of training programs, project management, and operational support for various training activities.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage subject matter expertise in DoD and National Security policies to support the DCSA Academy staff in training content development and delivery.
  • Perform project management functions to organize, plan, and coordinate education and training programs.
  • Oversee resources and operational activities to facilitate instruction and future planning.
  • Support operational activities related to knowledge management, inventory, facilities, supplies, travel, and other actions to support training activities.

Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Specialized experience in establishing goals and objectives, determining guidelines and priorities, and planning, directing, coordinating, tracking, and controlling operational activities for DoD security training activities.
  • Experience in supporting activities related to travel approval, supplies, government procurement activities, reimbursements, and conducting inventory.
  • Experience overseeing activities related to access and badging, security coordination, safety coordination, and proper disposal of government materials.
  • Experience in planning projects, determining scope, organizing project teams, providing guidance, monitoring progress, and interfacing with vendors.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of intelligence operations and public safety and security operations.
  • Experience in information management and maintaining information systems.
