About The Position
The Sherwin-Williams Management & Sales Training Program is an accelerated, entry-level position designed to prepare candidates for a Store Management role within 18-24 months. This program emphasizes a promote-from-within philosophy, allowing participants to progress into an Assistant Store Manager position after completing an initial training period of 6-8 weeks.
