About the position

The Management Services Technician will support the Community and Local Equity Grants Unit by performing a variety of programmatic and clerical tasks related to grant programs, including the California Community Reinvestment Grants and Cannabis Equity Grants for Local Jurisdictions. This role involves direct supervision from a Grant Supervisor and requires a hybrid work schedule with in-person reporting to the Sacramento headquarters twice a week.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the administration of grant programs.
• Perform clerical tasks related to grant management.
• Maintain organized files for grant documentation.
• Prepare reports and correspondence related to grant activities.
• Support the Grant Supervisor in various programmatic tasks.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License.
• Experience in grammar and written communication.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English at a level required for successful job performance.
