About the position

Cintas is offering a Management Trainee - Global Supply Chain program designed specifically for college graduates, aimed at preparing them for their professional careers. The Management Trainee program is comprehensive, combining a series of rotations across various departments with classroom seminars. Upon successful completion of the program, graduates will transition into key roles as new business Sales Representatives. Following their tenure in Sales, they will have the opportunity to apply for positions in several areas, including but not limited to Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, or Service Management. It is important to note that driving a van/truck or personal car will be required during two of the rotations, emphasizing the hands-on nature of the training. The Management Trainee program is available nationwide, reflecting Cintas's commitment to developing talent across the country.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in an extensive training program designed to provide knowledge of all aspects of the business.
  • Complete rotations in various departments to gain hands-on experience.
  • Attend classroom seminars to enhance leadership skills and business acumen.
  • Transition into a key role as a new business Sales Representative upon program completion.
  • Apply for positions in various areas such as Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, or Service Management after Sales experience.

Requirements

  • Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor's degree within six months of application.
  • Co-op or internship experience in a Customer Service, Sales, Production, or Administrative role is preferred.
  • A business or related academic major is preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership or management role on campus or through related extracurricular activities is preferred.
  • Willingness to relocate regionally during or at the end of the program.
