Requirements

• Must have a Bachelor's degree or be within 2 semesters of graduating with a Bachelor's degree.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than three moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past three years.
• Must have at least 6 months experience in one of the following categories: Sales (server, fundraising, recruiting, cold calling), Customer Service, Leadership - Military and/or college or professional athletics participation will be considered in lieu of sales or customer service experience.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record within the last 3 years (DUI/DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
• Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support in a hands-on learning environment.
• Establish relationships essential to building your own business.
• Excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
