About the position

The Enterprise Management Internship is designed for university and college students seeking to gain real-world professional experience in business and leadership. This paid internship offers a unique opportunity to learn the ins and outs of running a successful business while developing highly marketable management skills. Interns will work in a team-based environment, tackling challenges similar to those faced by full-time professionals, and will be supported by peers throughout their journey.

Responsibilities

• Manage a fleet of vehicles and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with peers.
• Participate in performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be graduating December 2025, Spring 2026, or Summer 2026.
• Must have at least 6 months of experience in sales, customer service, leadership, or management in the last 6 years.
• Leadership experience can include involvement in organizations, clubs, volunteer work, community service, athletics, or military service.
• Must have a valid US driver's license for at least 1 year.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must pass a satisfactory background check including driving record, employment reference, education, and social security.
