About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or within 2 semesters of graduating with a Bachelor's.
• 6 months of experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Management/Leadership.
• Experience as a collegiate/professional athlete or in military/community/social/academic organizations can be considered.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol-related convictions (DUI, DWI) in the past 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business operations from day one at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.
• Master the knowledge and skills needed to run a branch.
• Cultivate new business and develop team members.
• Excel in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Establish community relationships essential for business growth.
