About the position

Cintas is offering a Management Trainee program aimed at college graduates to prepare them for professional roles within the company. This program includes extensive training through departmental rotations and classroom seminars, ultimately leading to a leadership position. Graduates will initially work as Sales Representatives and may later transition into various management roles across different departments.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured training program that includes rotations in various departments.
• Attend classroom seminars to gain knowledge of all aspects of the business.
• Transition into a Sales Representative role upon completion of the program.
• Apply for positions in Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, or Service Management after the training program.
• Drive a van/truck or personal car as required in certain rotations.

Requirements

• Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor's degree within six months.
• Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
• Must have an active driver's license and be at least 21 years of age.
• Obtain a DOT medical certification before the first day of employment.
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment.

Nice-to-haves

• Co-op or internship experience in Customer Service, Sales, Production, or Administrative roles.
• A business or related academic major.
• Experience in a leadership/management role on campus or in extracurricular activities.
• Willingness to relocate regionally during or at the end of the program.
