Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelor's.
• Work experience in sales and customer service preferred.
• In lieu of work experience, involvement in organizations/clubs, volunteer work/community service, athletics, or military will be considered.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents within the last 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol-related convictions on driving record within the past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship by our company now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
• Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch.
• Cultivate new business and develop your team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support in a hands-on learning environment.
• Establish relationships essential to building your own business.
• Excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
