Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers and clients to understand their unique wants and needs, and recommend tailored solutions when closing sales.
• Assist the sales and marketing teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns on behalf of TruConnect's wireless program.
• Oversee the training and development of new Management Trainees to ensure a thorough understanding of company policies, operations, and sales goals.
• Track KPIs and sales metrics to ensure company goals are met and areas for improvement are identified.
• Run team meetings designed to develop and improve sales and customer engagement tactics.

Requirements

• B.A. or B.S. in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Communications, Advertising, or related field preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or related client-facing role.
• Proven leadership or team-based experience (sports, clubs, campus organizations, etc.).
