About the position
As a Management Trainee at SIXT, you will engage in a comprehensive leadership development program aimed at preparing you for a successful career as an Associate Branch Manager. This role involves hands-on training across various business functions, including Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Fleet Management, and People Management, providing you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in the company.
Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured, on-the-job one-year leadership development training program.
- Work across airport and downtown branches to gain insights into the business.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by handling inquiries and resolving complaints.
- Support and drive branch sales and customer enthusiasm.
- Manage fleet operations, including vehicle additions, deletions, and performance metrics.
- Ensure branch appearance and operations align with corporate standards.
- Communicate effectively across departments to streamline operations.
- Analyze branch KPIs and recommend improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred or comparable qualification.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship.
