About the position

The position is responsible for managing and overseeing the sale of integrated communication services to enterprise customers, including multi-site regional businesses and national accounts. The role focuses on maximizing sales revenues and achieving business objectives while ensuring a high-quality customer experience. The individual will lead and develop a team of sales professionals to drive growth and meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the sale of integrated communication services to enterprise customers.
  • Develop a consultative business-to-business sales culture through strong leadership and coaching.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of Enterprise Account Managers and implement necessary changes for effective customer account management.
  • Maintain excellent knowledge of the company's products/services and pricing practices.
  • Ensure competence and continuity of qualified Enterprise Account Managers through selection, training, and development.
  • Develop, plan, and coordinate sales promotions and incentives to meet business goals.
  • Monitor employee performance and provide counseling to ensure maximum effectiveness and growth.
  • Prepare, analyze, and maintain records of sales and performance activities relative to business goals.
  • Ensure accurate forecasts of annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue and unit numbers.
  • Design and manage the overall assigned account team structure.
  • Coordinate efforts with other internal teams to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and experience.
  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and planning abilities.
  • Proficient in presentation and organizational skills.
