About the position

The Manager of Small & Medium Business Direct Sales is responsible for overseeing the sales operations targeting small-to-medium business customers. This role focuses on maximizing sales revenues, ensuring effective team management, and achieving corporate objectives through strategic planning and development of sales professionals.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor sales of Comcast's integrated communication services to small-to-medium business customers.
• Ensure the competence and continuity of qualified Account Executives through effective selection, training, and development.
• Develop and coordinate sales promotions and incentives to meet business goals.
• Monitor employee performance and provide counseling to ensure effectiveness and growth.
• Prepare and analyze sales records to ensure accurate revenue forecasts.
• Design and manage the territory team structure, coordinating with internal teams for efficiency.
• Implement best practices to improve performance and success, modeling company values.
• Coach and motivate sales representatives to exceed objectives and comply with training requirements.
• Exercise independent judgment in significant matters.
• Maintain regular attendance and be available for variable schedules, including nights and weekends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of coursework and experience.
• 5-7 years of relevant work experience in sales management or a related field.
• Strong customer experience focus and teamwork skills.
